BJP committed to all round development by rendering selfless service: Kavinder

Kavinder Gupta, senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir today started development work in Digiana area of Jammu in presence of prominent people of the area.

Kavinder said that it a matter of grief and sorrow that the Corporator of the Ward, Late Smt Raj Rani Jamwal is not among us today. He recalled her services for the people of the ward that she worked relentlessly for the party and the society at large braving all odds in her entire life. He said that no doubt her sudden death created a void in the socio-political circles of her constituency, but the commitment made by her to the people of the area related to development will not stop at any cost, because the Bharatiya Janata Party cadre right from bottom to top, believe in working as a family. Therefore all the development works in the Ward will continue unabated, he asserted, saying that this will be a great tribute to the late Corporator Raj Rani.

The former Deputy Chief Minister asserted that the BJP leadership in J&K is committed to all round development by rendering selfless service. He said that BJP is winning the hearts of the people by providing them what other parties have failed to provide in last over 70 years. He said the development works undertaken during BJP’s tenure are of top quality and have strength to endure for long times.

“The development which took place in J&K under BJP government led by PM Narendra Modi is matchless and every road, street, nook and corner of the UT speaks itself about the remarkable progress which this region has made after BJP took over the rein”, he maintained, adding that people should not shirk to approach BJP leadership for mitigating their problems as the party is always ready to serve people for ameliorating their hardships.

Later, Kavinder Gupta met with people of the area and listened to their grievances related to civic issues. He assured the residents of the area that their issues will be resolved at the earliest.

Prominent among those who accompanied the former Deputy Chief Minister include Vinay Gupta District President, Sat Paul Chowdhury, Narinder Gupta District Secretary, Shallu Gupta and Vinod Kumar.
